Having the skill to be the best real estate photographer in Boise, Idaho is only one of the kinds of architectural photography that I am passionate about creating. I studied architecture and design in school and worked in the construction industry years before I launching my full time photography business. Having been immersed in the sales aspects of construction materials, installation of construction products, and the pictures in the industry magazines always fascinated me. Having a through understanding of the the construction of a building and its architecture have a direct relation to my ability to capture the important details of any property or house. I can highlight the best features of a property through my lens and the end result is a highly sellable property.
The virtues of real estate photography are both challenging and rewarding because of the complicated process to get beautiful photos. The architecture and lighting create a mood to a shot that can be beautiful and cheerful when executed properly using HDR photography. HDR (high dynamic range) is a photography process where two or more photos are exposed lighter and darker than each other. I take three photographs to create a composite of one image and when these photos are edited, photoshop can lighten the shadows based on the information from three photographs. This process keeps the skies blue and the grass green in the shaded areas under trees in the same picture. This is part of the reason why it is not possible to get decent real estate photos with a cell phone photo. It takes several thousand dollars of equipment and a trained professional to operate that equipment at an efficient and effective level to produce the best Real Estate Photography in Boise, Idaho with Jay Kenneth Photography.
I’m very competitively priced in the Boise Real Estate Photography market and would enjoy to talk with you about photographing or making a video for your next real estate photography project.
